Getting started with VA Online is a really straightforward process and we are here every step of the way to help when needed.
Step 1: Making contact
We always begin with a free consultation which can be carried out by email or telephone:
- Email us: send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get in touch to find out your requirements.
- Make an appointment with us by clicking here and select ‘Free Initial Client Chat’. Please provide brief notes in the box provided about the services you may require.
We will explain our services to you in more detail and, on request, will prepare a free estimate.
Step 2: Service Agreement
If you are happy to proceed, we will ask you to e-sign our VA Online Service Agreement. At this stage, we also issue you with an invoice in accordance with the service package you have selected.
Step 3: Your VA Online Account
Once we have received your payment, we will create a personal online account for you so that you can follow the progress of your projects. You will be able to access your own personal client area from the ‘Clients‘ page. Full instructions for accessing and using the account will be emailed to you.
Step 4: Task Delegation
Your tasks will be delegated to the most appropriate team member and Carol will oversee all of your work to ensure that you are happy with our service.
